What the forms collect
A plan request includes your name, email, device, selected plan, payment preference, and optional notes. Support messages and free-trial requests include the details you type into the form. If you arrive using one of our article links, the request can also include that article’s identifier so we can understand which guide helped you. It does not include your browsing history or another website’s tracking identifier.
Why it is collected
The team uses this information to reply to your request, send a payment link, confirm payment, and help with manual activation and setup. The website does not collect card numbers, service passwords, or crypto private keys.
Where it is stored
Submitted requests and messages are stored in private files on the website’s hosting server and are visible through an owner-protected admin page. A request identifier and access token are kept in your browser session so you can view your request status.
Email and payment services
The operator prepares and sends payment-link emails manually. Completing a payment happens with the provider named in the email and is subject to that provider’s privacy information. The site itself does not process that payment.
Analytics and your choices
We use Google Analytics to understand visits, pages read and plan choices. Measurement starts automatically unless you have opted out or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. No analytics permission popup or acceptance button is displayed. Analytics cookies are disabled by default in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Google applies these regional settings using its location detection. In those regions, Google may receive limited measurements without analytics cookies; these do not necessarily appear as individual users in our reports. Any valid privacy choice saved from an earlier visit continues to apply.
Use Turn off analytics in the footer to stop Google Analytics. The control shows Analytics off when measurement is disabled. Your refusal is saved for up to one year. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google signals remain off. Google may process browser and device information and approximate location as part of measurement. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Names, email addresses, messages, private request references, payment details and URL query strings are excluded from our analytics events. The owner workspace and private request-status page do not load analytics. Analytics counts can miss visits because of browser protections, privacy settings and technical limitations; they are not a complete count of people.
Owner notifications and backups
New form submissions can trigger a private email alert to the support team. Alerts contain a reference and a link to the protected inbox, rather than your submitted message or contact details. Customer records are stored outside the public website folder. The owner can export private backups and review or remove old records. Recent private backups can retain earlier copies until backup rotation.
Contact and retention
Contact apologrouptv.support@gmail.com about your information. You can ask support about the operator, access to your submitted information, or a request to remove it. Customer requests and recent private backup copies are reviewed manually; no automatic retention deadline is advertised.
Access, correct or remove your information
Email a privacy or data-removal request, preferably from the address used for your original request. Include your request reference if available and explain what you want to access, correct or remove. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or a full playlist address.
Requests are reviewed manually. Support may need limited information to match the right record. Ask about any information that must remain and recent backup copies; no instant or automatic erasure is promised. Browser-storage deletion is separate from deleting a submitted request.
The plan, trial and contact forms do not sign you up to a newsletter. For an unwanted optional follow-up, reply to that email asking the team to stop it. Messages needed to handle a request, payment or activation are separate.
Do not include a child's personal details or other unnecessary sensitive information in these forms. A parent or guardian concerned about information a child supplied can use the same privacy contact.
See the cookie and browser-storage policy for the actual analytics behaviour, saved choices and browser controls.
