INSTALLATION / Fire TV & Firestick

Fire TV & Firestick
made straightforward.

  1. 01

    Identify your Fire TV model

Open Settings → My Fire TV → About. Note the complete model and software details. Fire OS and Vega devices can support different apps; do not assume an Android tutorial applies to every Firestick.

  2. 02

    Confirm the exact player

Search your device’s Appstore, check the app developer and confirm the current version supports your model. Ask support before payment if you are unsure. An APK or Downloader code does not establish Vega compatibility.

  3. 03

    Use the supplied access format

Once access is activated, follow the emailed instructions. Your player may use a complete M3U URL, separate server/username/password fields, or its own device portal. Use the route supported by that exact app, rather than assuming every player has an Xtream login.

  4. 04

    Check your own viewing setup

Allow the library to load, then check a channel for picture, sound and normal channel changes. If it fails, note the model, app version and error. Contact support privately with your request reference.
