Confirm a current Windows player
The reference describes a Windows version of IPTV Smarters. Ask support for the current official installer and minimum system requirements for your computer.

Install the verified app
Download from the app developer’s verified source, run its installer, and follow the installation prompts.

Sign in with the details we email
Choose the player’s account or Xtream Codes option and enter the supplied username, password, and service address. Use an M3U option only when supported by that player.

Load and test a stream
Let the library load and check sound and playback. If something fails, record the app version, Windows version, and exact error before contacting support.
Never put your service password or full playlist address into a public message. App purchases are separate from your Apolo plan.
